If you are tired of being stuck because of your past relationships, this course is just what you need. If you are interested in finding love again, this course will help you reflect and make peace with the past. Don't allow your ex to keep your heart hostage anymore.
I've created this course to accommodate different learning styles. In order to integrate your learning experience, I provided you with videos, audios, and written materials.
Another important aspect of this course is the reflection that will help you gain valuable insights and revelations about yourself, your ex, and about what you want in the future.
Main benefits of this course:
If you are interested in getting new love, it's essential that you work through your past relationships and leave them behind.
As one of my friends said, "Men don't like the scent of another man."
And if you want the best, you can't get it by sitting on two chairs. What I'm saying, you need to say BYE to the past and HI to the future.
Quality men who are ready to give the best to you want the same from you. They want the best for you and themselves. So, if you want the best for yourself, you need to be ready to receive it.
This course will help you clear emotional baggage from the past.
I'm super excited that you joined me. Addressing the issues from past relationships is the first step towards getting the love you want in the future.
In this module, I describe the course and how you can get the most from this course.

This is an overview of stages of recovery after a breakup or a divorce. If you follow this process, you will be able to heal and get ready to pursue a happy relationship.
Understanding the process of recovery after a breakup will help you understand where you are at. You will get a roadmap that will help you pursue dating with ease and empowering mindset.
Regardless of how your relationship went, there is something for you to learn from it. Instead of feeling a victim of circumstances, I hope you will embrace an empowering stance and reflect on what you can do differently in future relationships.
I also invite you to embrace self-compassion and allowance for growth instead of beating yourself up for mistakes, wrong choices of partner, etc.
However, reflecting on these choices will help you understand yourself and your needs back then and well as your needs right now.
You will be able to distinguish what you want, what you don't want, what kind of partner you desire, and what you need to work on in terms of self-growth to get such a partner.
If there is some betrayal in your past relationship, it's gonna be very hard to move on and be ready for the next relationship.
This lesson will give you a framework that will help you handle this situation regardless of which stage of recovery you are.
What matters is that you make peace with the past, learn from it, and grow stronger and more determined to go after what you ultimately want true love.
if you have an ex, it's most likely that there is some anger left after your relationship. Especially if he's betrayed you, you would feel resentment.
However, women have a difficult time getting in touch with their anger. We women are raised to avoid feelings of anger. Somehow we internalized that anger is inappropriate for a lady.
In this lesson, you will learn how to get in touch with your anger and how to process other feelings related to that anger. Doing so will help you understand yourself better and be more in touch with your thoughts, feelings, and desires.
Maybe you are a cool person who easily forgives, but most people struggle with this concept. What comes to my mind when you say "forgive" is when parents force me to kiss and hug my annoying brother when we argued.
Well, after some growing up (decades) I changed my understanding of what forgiveness means, especially in terms of your ex.
Forgiveness doesn't mean, you should become fond of him again, or call him and say, "I forgive you." Instead, it means that you try to understand both him and yourself. When you reflect, often you find out that it wasn't that bad as the worst possible scenario that was in your head.
Forgiveness for me means having a balanced view of both good and bad parts of the relationship, and ultimately understanding why your relationship is over.
In this lesson, I give you the prompts that will help you understand him and yourself and hopefully grow some compassion mostly for yourself and the choices that you made in the past.
This should help you move on.
I also provide you with a bonus, Feel Worthy of the Love You Crave guided meditation.
